Driving through the country

On saturday we drove on a frozen lake, at first it was kinda scary but it's actually fun after you realize you won't break the ice, sink and die... We even got to see all the people ice fishing :)

But the best thing about Alberta are definitely the mountains, they are so pretty! Even the cold is worth baring just for the opportunity to see the beautiful rocky mountains.

It looks like sugar!

ok, so I've never seen snow before I came to Canada and I still haven't touch it. But I always see it on the mountains from my house and I've been to the mountains but the snow is too high for me to go there easily... Anyways doesn't it look like sugar on these pictures? lol

Bem gente eu nunca tinha visto neve antes de vir pro Canada e ainda não encostei na neve. Mas eu sempre vejo as montanhas com o topo branco da minha casa. Eu já estiva lá mas a neve estava alta demais pra gente poder ir lá facilmente.... de qualquer jeito, não está parecendo que nessas fotos a neve é açúcar de confeiteiro?? haha
